Juno the whippet pup is now reserved and will be going to her new home shortly. Florence is travelling over to Laurie tomorrow to find her forever home and little Beth will be heading over soon too. Hugo, Renzo, Sonas, Echo, Richie, Rosie, Amber and Hero all still looking for their new homes. Sonas, Echo, Richie and Hero are all CAT FRIENDLY! Hero is proving to be an absolute star. He is just a great all rounder and would be a super first lurcher for someone. Here he is in foster

Sorry for the lack of updates Some good news on the rehoming front. Hero went home and is living with Catriona and her children and a lurcher sister named Lilie May. Here he is having a wander! Juno also went home and here she is with her new canine family Amber also went to a new home in Dublin. No photos yet but I will get some and Rosie is on trial in a home in Dublin to see how she gets on with the resident cat. Seems to be going well so far. Lovely Florence who went to LSOS also went to her new home at the weekend ;D Beth and Sonas will be travelling over to Laurie at LSOS in the next few weeks to find their new homes. Beth's new home will need to ensure she has all the cake she can eat!! We have some newbies who I will introduce shortly and we still have some lovely dogs such as Hugo, Renzo and Richie looking for homes

We have also taken in 2 new female lurchers from a seizue by the Guards/Dog warden and are likely to be taking in two more related to this case in the next few days For now we are unable to post details of these dogs due to the sensitive nature of the case Its never ending and we just don't have the foster homes, funds and most imprtantly, the home offers for the dogs to be able to keep taking dogs like this

Well the seized dogs have turned into four, one of whom we think is Ozzy's sister. More details to follow as and when I can post them but for now I can introduce you to one of them, the lovely Amirah. Amirah is approx 4 - 5 years old and is a shy worried girl at the moment, like she is expecting to be kicked or hit She is good with other dogs and clean in her kennel. This girl would thrive in a foster home but we don't currently have one for her. If anyone can help, contact me at sighthoundstrolls@gmail.com

Little Ozzy continues to do well and has a home booked when he is ready to go. Sandy has gone into foster with the lovely Patti and her gang and he is thriving. Here are a couple of photos. A far cry from the lonely, scared boy fending for himself as a stray for so long And in fantastic news Renzo will be going home this weekend. His new family are travelling down from the North to meet him this Friday. He will be living with two sighthound sisters. We couldn't be happier for this lovely boy and his lovely new family. We promise lots of updates as he settles Our little guy Richie got a great chance to travel to Jersey into foster with the lovely Alison who runs Sighthound Rescue Jersey. We have no doubt this little sweetie will find his forever home soon Sonas will also be packing her bags soon to make the trip over to Laurie at Lurcher SOS in the UK. I'm sure this cute poppet will be snapped up. Just look how well she is looking and all of her hair is now fully grown back

We also welcome a new girl, Bindi the whipept into our care. She is scared and shut down at the moment as well as being thin and she has mange. Bindi will need some time to settle and recover before looking for her home Bryn will be going up for rehoming shortly As will Amos our older lurcher
