It was a great walk, although we were late, we soon caught up, and met some lovely friendly people with some adorable dogs. The weather was good (i.e. not freezing or lashing with rain!) and the walk was in an ideal location. Some of us finished up in the cafe at Blackrock castle and had scrumptions sambos and very welcome cups of tea, while water was supplied for our hounds! Looking forward to the next one xx

Back from the Cork Walk and we are all exhausted, the girls are in thier pyjamas and are asleep and we are also in our pyjamas and lazing in front of the tele. Lovely to meet other sighthounds and their owners. So thank you Ilse for organising it and I hope that we can all do it again. A big shout out to the beautiful Kizzy whippet and Willow and Flyn the lurchers. Will upload photos tomorrow.

Thanks for the updates ladies and can't wait to see photos. The tea and sambos sound very welcome indeed! I certainly hope that this won't be the last Cork walk and would love for some of the local rescues to participate at some stage. MASSIVE thanks to the lovely Ilse for organising it for us. You rock
